We are looking to add a Customer Engineer to our team who will work with our enterprise customers to assist with technical integration, customization, and best practices with the platform. This role also will help us build new frontend capabilities to improve our product when they're not supporting users. This role is ideal for a front-end web developer who likes to help customers integrate sometimes complex tech stacks, and has great communications skills.
As Customer Engineer, you will...
Support technical users - you will be working with technical users of our platform to help them integrate and customize Builder for their unique needs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues - Collaborate with the Support team to communicate known issues, diagnose user's technical issues, and resolve them when possible. Escalate potential issues with our Engineering team when necessary.
Improve our product and documentation - When you're not supporting users you will be spending improving our product and resources to help our customers

Experiences with modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or similar.
Good communication and writing skills - fluency in English is a requirement
Genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems
